Advertising is the key.  We spend an enormous amount of time and effort on advertising and we advertise every weekend in the Los Angeles Times.  We also advertise every week in the Caravan Express plus in many other magazines that circulate on the Westside (as well as internationally) including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, Variety, Hollywood Reporter, Pinnacle, and the LA Business Journal just to name a few.  In addition we use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and we are members of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors as well.

The difference between us and other Brokers is our extensive knowledge of the market and the vast number of contacts that we have built up through the years. Our reputation for putting deals together that “stay together” and getting top prices for our clients is well documented.  We remain actively involved with all the current market updates and in over 30-years in the real estate business we have never had a lawsuit (There are not many active Brokers who can say that!)
